.....so he can go to his mates Apparently he hasn't got time to do it...like I have of course.

Said firm NO, and he has stalked off. Shall I ask him to go to work for me as I haven't really got time to go?

I'd leave him the ingredients for his dinner on the side with a note saying - I haven't got time to do it....

then all his dirty washing on the floor in middle of room with the same note attached

then all his bedclothes ready to put back on bed...same note

you get the picture!

fizzbuzz · 11/02/2008 13:35

Hmmm will try that, he may notice lack of food, but not unmade bed or washing. He will just circumnavigate pile of shite (his washing and stuff) in his bedroom as uaual

pmsl!

GetOrfMoiLand · 11/02/2008 13:39

fizzbuzz, your ds will be grumbling to all his mates about you now, you have ruined his planes, and you're, like' well tight.

Cheeky sods.

DD looked at me scandalised this weekend because I dared to interrupt her social life and various plans by telling her to do the dishes and pick up the shit mess up off her bedroom floor. Then came and asked if she could have a fiver! Bless 'em.

Saturn74 · 11/02/2008 13:41

Got to admire his delegation skills though.
And his nerve!

mollyjoe · 11/02/2008 13:47

Mine did the same at weekend to me. And said he needs a life!!!! and I should get one instead of spoiling his

Wisteria · 11/02/2008 13:48

Well apparently I am well gay.....after poking my dd1's bum with the dog throwing stick whilst out walking the dog

tbh I am still waiting for a request since she didn't need dragging out of the house to walk dogs in company of her well gay mother and sister (she obviously walked at least 10 paces behind at all times while mobiling though )......I wondered whether she'd knackered her straighteners again, but no.....

Any predictions?

GetOrfMoiLand · 11/02/2008 13:56

lol well gay

Saggarmakersbottomknocker · 11/02/2008 14:18

PMSL @ well gay.

I'm not sure how I managed to bring up two totally different teenage boys. ds1 did morning and evening paper rounds, walked to school, got on the bus and generally pulled his weight. ds2; well he can barely raise the energy to plug in his X-Box, thinks work is for saddos and trys to cadge a lift to his mate's place at the bottom of the road. He is idleness personified.

Wisteria · 11/02/2008 14:22

I asked her to define the difference between being well gay and just a little bit gay......at which she just did the

"you're far too dull to even talk to" glance, and went back to texting, dd2 and I were ROFL at this stage

fizzbuzz · 11/02/2008 18:40

Gay.....am fed up of telling ds that said paper round does not in fact have a sexuality.

Should save my breath really as just triggers eye rolling and tutting..

Where did this gay thing come from?

Table is gay. Paper round is gay, homework is gay. Getting up early is gay (or in fact getting up at all) Where has it come from???

Wisteria · 11/02/2008 19:35

I just find it highly amusing that I am gay as is her Dad apparently - now I knew there was a reason for us splitting up

I might dare her to say that to her grandpa actually, as he is

fizzbuzz · 11/02/2008 19:37

I was at school with a girl called Gay........
