I want my son to live with his dad

My sons 15 and he stays with me 50% of the time. But he’s becoming more and more abusive towards me. Mainly controlling, bullying and emotional. His dad was like this when we were together, we separated 12 years ago. It’s really affecting my mental health and dread him coming to mine.
I need to know where I stand if I ask him to live with his dad full time.

I think you should and let him know clearly why. Tell him his behaviour is illegal and you refuse to live in an abusive situation. Tell him he is always welcome but this behaviour will not be tolerated and he needs to move in with his dad in the mean time.
