DD 15 has been searching on the internet for ‘Am I gay’ quizzes. Do I broach the subject with her? Or leave her to it until she approaches me to talk about it? I want her to know it matters not one jot to us either way.
She moved schools fairly recently and has only experienced close female friendship this year (due to long hospital stays, numerous school moves etc) so part of me does wonder if she may be thinking this closeness means she’s gay. Either way it’s obviously fine. I basically want her to know it’s fine if she’s gay and that close female friendships are normal too.
