Period cramps but no period

15 year old DD’s periods are usually fairly regular but this time it is a week late. She’s been having cramps but no period (so far). Is this normal? She’s definitely not pregnant.

Has she been regular for a long time? Has she been stressed? Has she been eating enough) Has she had a vaccination recently?

There's lots of reasons it could be late but it needs identifying. I doubt it's serious!

Could be stress I suppose.
