I know it’s normal for teens to experience BO and need to bath/ shower daily but my daughter honestly has baths daily, uses deodorant but still smells really bad of BO, in the mornings the smell is awful, her clothes all smell of BO, even though she’s bathing daily and using deodorant. Is this normal? She can smell throughout the day as well and my mum said it’s not normal and she needs to see a dr. Any advice? Or is it normal for teens? (She’s 11 so not quite a teen yet)

My daughter is 11 and she had exactly this same problem. Awful overpowering BO, all her tops smelled strongly of it, even after washing. I ordered an anti sweat roll on from Amazon, you use it at night for a few days and then eventually you don't sweat from your armpits.

It has worked!!!!

Op I can't really say anything more helpful than everything already suggested, have picked up some tips myself! But yes if you get an antiperspirant deodorant you'll notice a big improvement, my dd is very sweaty and I use the spray from Simple as she doesn't like strong scents, it only has a really slight fragrance. Wash armpits in the shower with a flannel and Simple shower gel as she has eczema, spray antiperspirant on when she gets out, top up in the morning before school and it lasts surprisingly well. Only time I notice any smell is if she's done pe on a hot day but it's hardly a whiff tbh!
