Hi all. Can I ask what your DS around 15 take their packed lunches in. Are plain sandwich boxes the in thing or sandwich cool bag. Ds always has hot dinners but wants to save for a big item and is going to use dinner money I give him which he can spend 5.00 a day on rubbish sometimes. Obv I won't give as much ie taking out ingredients Told him to see what friends have lunch in but he says doesn't know.

Think go with cube plain one. If he decides don't like it after few days I will use it. Thanks all

Ds uses an empty Brompton Cakes chocolate brownie box. They are the perfect size/shape for packed lunches.

Food flask with pasta, piece of fruit, crisps, yogurt

Sandwich in foil/ crisps/ cereal bar. All stuffed into blazer pocket or in the depths of school backpack.
My dd and ds didn't have a lunchbox after primary school.

Green systema box

I'd just send him to the shops to choose it himself. Can't get it wrong then.

Ds13 takes his good in sandwich bags. I would use plastic containers but they're quite bulky and he doesn't always have room in his bag.

DS 13 takes everything loose! My girls take a brown paper bag!

Mine won't take the Sistema compartment boxes that they had at primary even though they're really practical. They just use a plain click n click Tupperware type box. Ds1 usually takes pasta, ds2 will have a wrap, fruit, crisps etc.

We decided on a plain clink box in the end. Can see him getting bored of it and going back to school lunches!!
