Best book to help me with 13 year old?

I need a book and / or good online resources to help me with the horrors of parenting my 13 year old ds!

My sweet kind well behaved boy has disappeared and swapped instead for an alien. I literally don’t recognise this boy, he’s sneery and patronising (towards us and every other adult), he’s addicted to his phone, he’s stopped reading (used to be a bookworm), and the tantrums could beat any 2 year old!!

Yes I know it’s “normal”, doesn’t make it any easier to deal with though! I need help please.
Any recommendations?

No experience (yet - have to say I'm not looking forward to the teenage years!) but lots of sympathy for you.

I happened to notice this morning that our county run Family Centres offer parenting courses, including a 5 week course for parenting teenagers (couple of hours once a week).

I think all of our family centres were closed in cut backs Sad I am looking at online courses though - but they aren’t free.

Make sure he knows you love him. Make sure he feels loved by you.
Those two books are great btw. Hang on in there it does get better

Hormones!!
If it’s any help, I don’t think they particularly enjoy it either!!
Some really honest conversations about how hard it is, do help. If you can nod the right time!!!
