Probably been done to death but…
DS has only just started lessons. Putting him on my Mini car insurance is £1200 even though he’s obviously still learning.
The plan is to have a car that he and me can share for a couple of years, so we need to swap the Mini for something that he can drive and me also (when I need it). We have a bigger car but DH works from home and I work very close by.
We definitely do not need 3 cars yet.
What would you do?
