A while ago I had a call to say he seems lethargic and low. Had parent's evening last night and it was mentioned again. He looks low and subdued. I don't understand because at home and at weekend he's fine. Energetic and active. Sees friends and does his sports. Phone goes off at night via parent control app.
What can I do ?

Why is he on vitamin tablets if the diet is great. Can he not be trusted to turn off his own phone at night or has he has shown himself to have problems with phone use?

Because most people are deficient in vitamin D and despite covid going through school, he's never caught it. Many teenage boys benefit from supplements, especially the B vitamins and zinc. He is hopeless at self regulation, hence the phone app
