I am at my limit with DS

His unpredictable behaviour and such hard work. Tonight he has come home and lost his temper after just 5 minutes of playing alone on the PS4. Walked out of the room with a terrible attitude and bad language (not aimed at anyone) Then got changed and stomped out an hour early to his sport lesson. It's living on eggshells

Have you had a chat about what the problem is ?
Have you asked school how he is there ?

How old is he?

It's hard to advise without a bit more information - is he blowing up regularly, seemingly without provocation? Is it generally after a day of school, or around PS4 use? Does he aim it at one person in particular?
