Anyone tried Family Counselling?

At the end of my tether.

Hate being treated like Shit. If this was a partner or husband treating me like this they'd be long gone.

I was a terrible teenager and left home at 17, so know how awful teenagers are.

I really want my 18 year old to move out but that wouldn't be the best option for them. The -6 year old seems to be over the worst but still has their moments.

So I'm going try Family Counselling. Anyone had any success from it?

hello. i think that family counselling can be a great thing for families to understand each other and finally start getting along.

however, having therapy altogether can be quite uncomfortable for some children, especially having to open up about your feelings when a parent is there to listen.

maybe the best thing is to have individual therapy.

hope this helps!
