16 (yes, SIXTEEN) pieces of toast,
a whole block of butter,
half a jar of marmalade.

And she couldn't be bothered getting the chopping board out so she buttered them all on top of the breadbin

grr

I am so looking forward to the teenage years x 4 girls!

Mercy · 04/11/2007 13:42

OMG

I don't remember eating loads when I was a teenager tbh.

nORAYNonmybonfireplease · 04/11/2007 13:44

You let her???
Surely she can't have been that hungry?

GunpowderTreasonAndSquonk · 04/11/2007 13:45

I didn't realise she was going to have that many... she said "can I eat loads of toast?" and I said yes, thinking loads was about four pieces

hmmmmm but if it's proper butter on hot toast yummy yummy yummy - not that healthy though!

JeremyVile · 04/11/2007 13:48

Is she ok?

Can she still move??

Now, I have a massive appetite at times, but I cant even imagine how someone (let alone a 13yo lass) could eat that much in one go.

You want to get her competing in one of those speed-eating contests - she could be your meal-ticket (fnar fnar)

JeremyVile · 04/11/2007 13:49

Actually, I bet she's having you on.

GunpowderTreasonAndSquonk · 04/11/2007 13:50

now, that's a blardy good idea, JV

she ate them in front of me! I saw this HUGE pile of toast and told her that she would never manage them all...

she did

I suppose toast is easily eaten quite quickly so she probably didnt realise quite how full she would be once it had settled, send her out for a run

GunpowderTreasonAndSquonk · 04/11/2007 13:52

she's playing on the front with the two littlies and four of her mates.
