My 13 year old teenage daughter is overweight and it is so hard to try and suggest what she should and shouldn’t eat. We are on holiday this week with her very slim friend, tonight she has had, adult fish and chips, ice cream, crisps and when she asked for biscuits, Iv said “No, You’ve had enough” she then says I’m calling her fat and gets very offended. What am I to do?

Just give her smaller portions not adult size give her a tub with daily snack allowance and she can't have more if she eats it all get her to drink a glass of water before meals don't make it look like you are restricting her if you can get her more active no pudding after every meal ect

Not take her for fish and chips? Don't know where you're on holiday but there must be healthier options available.
