Helping 19 year old DS find a career

When I was made redundant many moons ago, part of the redundancy package was that I saw a careers advisor type person who did some testing/analysis to see what career I was best suited to.

DS could so with something like that but I don't know how to access it.
Any ideas please?

I think most councils have a Work Match scheme, have a Google. They helped my DS after her left Uni, with where he wanted to work, helped with CV, interview etc.

There is a national website for this. National Careers Service. Hope that helps him.
