Omg. I'm cringing.

Oh dear. My DD is 11 and like a beautiful long legged foal prancing about everywhere with love smiles and enthusiasm.

I don't want to lose her! But she already has a few spots on her forehead ....

I wish I’d known not to turn any socks inside-out that I found on my teenage sons floor.
Yep, you know what I’m talking about !!

@SteelyPanther 😂 Nooooooooo! Just when I was thinking a boy may have been easier! 🙈

My teens are genuinely a delight. 15 and 13 and I love being with them. Lockdown has been wonderful! My two love silly selfies, still give hugs and kisses and tell me they love me daily.

I guess if I had to give some advice it would be that boundaries are as important now as when they were small, although we discuss and make rules as a team now rather than me making them all and them (mostly) following.
Oh and they grow overnight! DS2 was about as tall as me at the start of lockdown. Hes 4 inches taller now Shock

The only thing I found was that dating and teens don't mix. Although it was the BF that was the issue.

The winners of the last five Grand Nationals would have been useful.

That sometimes you think the first is a nightmare teenager and then the second one hits teenage years and you realise the first one was actually not that bad Grin

Oh dear god I’m crapping it. I have 3 boys VERY close together and they’re all still in primary. It would appear a rough road is ahead so I’m spending as much time as poss with them doing daft outdoors stuff.
My soon to be ex husband meanwhile has bought them all their own PlayStations. That’s right. One each, ffs. Not being on the same page as him is one of THE biggest pushes to end my marriage. But I think I’m better doing it now, before they’re all teens together.

BarbedBloom that made me laugh although terrifies me at the same time. It can get worse??!!!

DD1 is 12YO and I am now really scared. She can be a horrible cow and goes out of her way to be nasty to us (me, DH and her siblings). DS (15YO) was never this bad. The ignoring is already killing me and you lot are telling me its going to get worse. Then I get to do it all again with DD2.

Think I may become an alcoholic these next few years Grin
