Behaviour of almost teenager

I've just had my third baby five days ago after an extremely lengthy and difficult labour. I had her at home which was lovely but I am totally exhausted. My OH is superb but I'm fully breastfeeding and co-sleeping.
The thing I feel guilty about is letting down my other two boys who are 10 and almost 13. Obviously I can't get them out so we are pretty much stuck indoors. The weather really isn't helping either! My OH does take my eldest out for a good walk when it's cooler later on, and I take a walk with the baby and my 10 yo.
But apart from that all they really seem interested in atm is playing on their mobiles.
Any advice? I feel like I should be doing more with them but I just feel like a walking zombie.

Congratulations on your little girl Flowers

From your post I think you need to give yourself a break. If possible just relax a bit, the boys won’t care about being left to 24/7 screen time, and they’ll remember this time more fondly in a calm, relaxed and happy home. You can’t do everything well, so concentrate on you and your new baby for a few weeks, and build up your strength.

It doesn’t sound like your works will fall apart if you take some time out, so enjoy it. You won’t get this time back.
