any advice on skincare products for my 16 and 19 year old daughters- they both have the normal teenage breakouts but they seem to have got a lot worse recently since I changed skin products, they were both using the dermalogica clear start range which worked pretty well for my 16 year old but made my 19 year olds worse. As the dermalogica was quite expensive, and on a friends recommendation I then bought them the boots range "your good skin" blemish clearing but my 16 year olds skin has got a lot worse as a result, her skin has always been normal with break outs but now she's spotty and her skin looks oily. I think it's too strong but they both found the simple range not enough - any advice would be great, I want to be able to get them on a skincare range that they can afford, especially with my eldest going to uni. thank you

Took my 16 year old daughter to see a dermatologist about her acne. Dermatologist recommended La Roche Posay Effciar Duo, which is available at Boots.

Good Luck.

I got my son cetaphil face wash when he was bothered with acne and it seemed to help. You can get it in boots.

Alya skin - pink clay mask. Also moisturiser & scrub. Order from Beauty Bay.

If they have dairy try cutting it out, or having a lot less. I have found it’s usually what teenagers are eating that causes teenage acne.
