I walk in on her - she was so shocked and jumped up.
I said what were you watching and she said nothing.
What do I do?

Did you see what type? As in heterosexual or alternative, could she be exploring her sexuality?

Any other behavioural changes at all?

I would be v worried about what she'd seen, mainstream het porn, at least, is really pretty extreme these days and a lot of demands on the woman's body, for male audience.

I wouldn't want her to think this was what is standard in real life.

Maybe leave a few days then start an out of the blue porn chat?

Could you get an adult content lock put on her phone? I used to watch porn at that age (although it wasn’t obviously as easily accessible in the late 90s). Porn was tamer back then too so I would probably be worried about a 13 year old seeing a lot of the extreme stuff that’s now out there.
Hopefully she was just curious and isn’t going to make any sort of habit out of it.

And put retrictions on her phone at least make it a bit trickier (mob provider/ home WiFi / 3rd party protection eg kaspersky)

IShitGlitter · 29/06/2019 17:03

i think this is a normal part of growing up shes probably a little bit curious. I would leave it completely and have a talk with her soon about sex in general and how its not like porn at all ect
