Advice about young teens and drugs

Sorry, posted this elsewhere but gave it a stupid title and didn’t get any feedback, hope you guys may be more helpful. I have some video of my dds friend (13) appearing to snort a white powder whilst others look on and say ‘save me a bit.’ I’m sure this kind of dilemma has been done to death but would appreciate advice. I know her mum, she’s lovely but we’re not close. How could I get her this info without having to send it to her myself due the complications that might bring? Or should I even try? Dd doesn’t know I’ve seen it and is, perhaps selfishly, my main reason for taking this further. Girl in question is (appears?) usually sensible and mature for her age. Any advice welcome, especially from anybody been through similar. Thanks.

My daughter dabbled in drugs when she was 15. Her friends dad found an empty packet in her purse and basically rang round her friendship groups parents as they were always with each other.

I’m really glad he did. Dd had certainly kept under my radar. She denied it at first. Swore blue she hadn’t touched it. ‘No mum, I’d never Take it ..She was just depressed ..’ I had no proof she had. So I called her bluff and said the police were on their way round so she’d better fess up so I could help her.

I was agog at what she’d been taking.

She got grounded for a very long time.

If this was my DD in the video I would want to know about it. How did your DD come to have the video? If this is something being shared online chances are other people will also have seen it too.

Thanks for ur responses. I think I’ll have to show her, I too would want to know if it were me. Sadly I believe she filmed it herself, I think a talk is overdue
