My 16 year old wants to move out !!

My oldest DD is 16 years old and she claims that she is in love with her boyfriend . They have been together around 6 months and I worry they're moving too fast. I feel like I'm losing control and being protective but I care for her and think she is too young. I think there are starting independency too early and I worry that without restrictions unwanted pregnancy, money problems etc could occur.
Just looking for some help or understandment

Where does she want to go?

I wanted to move out at 16. So my mum and dad sat me down with a pad and paper and made me write down all the bills and expenditure I’d have to pay out for and I swiftly backtracked and agreed to stay at home!
