I've got a son of 17 that has never had a spoilt life as such but I always bought the best clothes toys and gave him all the money I can when I can I work full tome in a demanding care job to provide for him but he has absolutely no respect for me and doesn't help out at all in the house dispite me trying to get him to help in small ways!his step dad does some house work etc so it's not like he sees a woman doing it all!!!The last year I've stopped the pocket money and only pay for mobile and college expenses I do buy sweets etc but he's not one to go out except for college I hoped this would change his perspective been skint but it hasn't!
