How much money for a 16 year old birthday?

Dd wants money for clothes for her 16th. How much would be a treaty, yet reasonable amount??

£100 with a couple of presents or £150 and nothing else. Although it does depends where she shops.

That's kind of what I was thinking. 150 and small gifts from her siblings. Thanks.

You're lucky she only wants clothes. My DS1 is 16 soon and wants a moped!

We've just bought a car for dd1 so family finances feeling a bit stretched (it will be dds next year when dd1 goes to uni!)

She's also having a trip to Manchester shopping with friends with lunch etc paid for.
