... how [eyeroll] is your teenage daughter?

out of ten interactions how many are met with an eyeroll-type response?

i'm hoping we might transition down from the high 9s at some point in the next decade. can anyone reassure me?

Not too bad - only about a 2 or 3. But she is only 13 so it will probably get worse!

Almost 14 and to be fair we don't get the actual eye rolls..

We do get the selective hearing, the door slamming and toddler tantrums though!!

i have a lot of empathy for my eldest as she doesn't even have a door to slam (shares a room with her sister and chooses to sit downstairs instead) i did install a curtain for dramatic swishing purposes but she doesn't see the point :D

I'd say a 9 for my 15 year old daughter along with tutting. Her brother is 13 and hasn't started it yet but he slams doors instead Angry

I'm at least 9.9. DD is struggling to reach dizzy heights of 6.1. Tsk Tsk. She's a complete amateur compared to me.

iwishicouldbelikedavidwatts · 18/07/2018 23:01

i try really hard to take it on the chin - we all have a lot going on atm - but i do find myself flipping her the bird out of sight, as per the recent toddler thread Blush:D

The 17 year old just doesn’t do it. (She sometimes doesn’t do as she’s told either but she doesn’t do casual disrespect). The 12 year old is at 1 or 2 out of 10 but I can tell she’s going to work up from this. She thinks I’m an idiot who makes a fuss about everything.
I am not an idiot. I do fuss. 😳
