Bulking up teen dd

Any ideas how to bulk up my teen DD (15) safely? She does a competitive sport where other girls her age are suddenly a lot bigger than her and are now winning! She's 53kg and some of them, despite being the same height, are 10kg heavier and this is a sport where some weight is an advantage

Obviously it's tricky as she has a lovely body now and is very muscular and strong but just needs a bit more bulk - in proportion

Was planning on adding some more protein in the form of more meat (esp chicken/ turkey) and milk and trying to get eggs into her (she doesn't like eggs on their own).

Any ideas c welcome; appreciate it's not a very normal issue for teenagers!

Maybe the other bigger girls are more naturally suited to this sport? You say “she has a lovely body now and is very muscular and strong” - It strikes me as potentially disastrous to be telling a 15 year old her that her beautiful, fit body is not good enough.
You sound as if you’re trying to work out the best way to wean an awkward toddler! At 15, she’s old enough to plan and decide her own eating strategy and I think I’d let her eat the way she wants and enjoy her sport at a level she can safely compete at.

Oh no this is an awful idea. Please don't put any focus on her weight.
