I would like to encourage my boys (13 & 15) to have self control over their screen time. I think they will be shocked how much time they are on. Are there apps for Android and i-phone that can tell them how much time they have been on? Also, the same for PS4 (esp. FIFA 18). I'm not very tech at all, so replies as 'tech-simple' as poss please!
