Got a 13 year old DD struggling to find jeans, she is very worked up about it wondering where does nice high waisted skinny jeans for someone with an average waist but very large thighs? She's a size 12-14 in most jeans. Thanks

I have had similar problems most of my life. Marks and Spencer's are quite good for very female bodies as are fcuk.

My dd is the same age and size with large legs. I have to say that the current skinny jean trend doesn't do them any favours 😢. Dd has 'Mom' jeans from New Look. She tends to have to go for a large size and then wear a belt. Personally I think black jeans are much more flattering but they want to wear what all their friend wear, unfortunately. Dd is never happy with any jeans she buys !

Thank you, I hope this helps as I know she's really down about it 😭

Gap slim straight are good for this type of body shape.

Dorothy Perkins have loads of different styles to choose from I've bought one for myself my 23 year old and my 13 year old from them and all got ones we were happy with.

I have proportionately large thighs and small waist too.

Found a size 14 pair from New Look and a W30L30 pair of ripped Jamie's from top shop hope anyone else with this struggle finds it useful

I'm a similar shape and find that M&S relaxed skinnies are a brilliant cut. Hard to find sometimes, but worth it, and there's nothing on them to show they came from M&S.

Oh bless her I've had this problem since the same age - Sainsbury's do really good skinny jeans for the curvy of thigh as do Zara.
