13 year old daughter

My 13 year old daughter spends her life in her bedroom and never wants to do anything. Is this normal?

Sadly normal nowadays with easy entertainment from various screens. I would pull out to do chores, walk dog, met friends, eat meals, go out for meals, insist on some exercise activities which helps overall well being. Nothing wrong with enjoying your own company occasionally or even for a couple of hours daily, but not always.

Normal but not healthy to stay in bedroom all day long. Turn off the wifi. Get her to come help you in the kitchen and get her a babysitting job. Or sign her up for activities and to volunteer.
