Delayed puberty treatment

DS will be 15 in a few weeks and has been diagnosed with delayed puberty after lots of investigations. He has been prescribed testosterone injections of Sustanon 250 and had the first one today. Does anyone have experience of this and can tell me how long it will take to see/feel changes? The second reason I'm posting is because there is very little information online about getting a diagnosis/what's involved - I spent hours Googling without a great deal of success and I thought it might help other people. If anyone has any questions about it feel free to ask!

My son is 14 and hasn't started puberty yet, he is small and has no body hair. My oldest son 21 has Klinefleter Syndrome it's an infertility often not picked up till trying to have a baby. I wouldn't be to quick to jump onto Testosterone treatment the potential side effects and increase in cardiovascular disease is high.

@BabyST - testosterone treatment for teenagers is done for as short a time as possible, so I think risks to the heart are negligible. This recent study is interesting, albeit on men, not children- www.imperial.ac.uk/news/237318/testosterone-treatment-does-increase-risk-heart/
