Hey
I'm meant to be going to see MCR with my best friend and my mum tonight. At first I was looking forward to it but now I've realised how sad i'm gonna look going with my mum and I don't want her to go. If your teenager said to you that they didnt't want you to go what would you say/do? how would you like them to say it to you?

TIA
Dani

I wouldn't be insulted. Mt ds told me he was embarrassed to be seen with me. He said it very aplogetically, and said he felt awful saying it. I think it's

However I would be peed off if I had wanted to see the band.

Don't do it daniella, it's the sort of thing that makes you feel guilty for 20 years when you get older and realise how much she was looking forward to it. You won't feel bad now - unless she cries - but you will by the time you are 21, trust me.

If you tell her you don't want her to come, you will still feel ashamed when you are 40. Do the noble thing.
