18th birthday house hire

My DD wants to have an 18th party in a house, as we live in tiny flat. She's under the impression you can hire a house via airbnb but I doubt if any would agree to an 18th party.........any suggestions?

I can't see anyone agreeing to it, no.

Plus there will be a strict agreement about not making excessive noise / not having too many guests ect.
If there's a party then the neighbours will just call the police.

Who's credit card is she going to pay with, and let the LL use for any damages?
