i think first you have to get the context and see how the question came about. thats important.

next i would assess whether she knows the basics of sex. only you know your child.

assuming she does - she should imo - i would say this

" sex is meant to be enjoyable, this is a tool which helps some women have a good time"

if it goes further - i think you will have to actually say the word "orgasm"

Baby monitor was on and we were in the nursery - all i could hear was dh hooting downstairs !

this reminds me of one time when i was away, and two of my kids went rummaging in my room.

i got a phone call from my then h, saying he had found them swordfighting in the hall with 2 of my vibes....

Tortoise, your DS's 'boner' comment reminds me of the story DS told me about his A level English class a year or so ago:
