15 year old swearing at me

My teenager keeps swearing at me in the most horrible way. She doesn't want to come home at night and doesn't want to go to school. I'm at my wits end

Has anyone got any advice please?

How do you punish the swearing?

How old is she?

Does she have a set time to be home by usually?

My 12 year old started this. In front of age 6 I find 100% unacceptable. First Floor word and IPad removed. 2nd strike it's phone. Then ps4 controller. And so on.

I running out of hiding places!

Point being there has to be a consequence to the swearing.
