Stocking fillers?

Hi all. I seem to remember there being a thread a year or two ago, giving suggestions for stocking fillers for teenagers. Would someone be a love and link to it for me please? My 17 year old ds is incredibly hard to buy for and I could do with some inspiration.

Ta muchly Smile.

Shameless place mark.

Saw a giant jar of Nutella plus a special shaped knife to get the stuff out of regular Nutella jar recently.

Nutella cook book.

Er...

Shameless place mark here too!

Razor is a great idea!

SecretSquirr3ls · 19/11/2015 09:59

Done all of those Isn't the fun of a stocking that it's always the same?

Katedotness1963 Booze miniatures - that's sounds fun, I'll buy a few of the most disgusting liqueurs I can find.Grin

Thanks for all of these - you've given me some inspiration and a kick up the pants to repeat some oft-used favourites. Cheers Smile.

My DS's Fave present was a solar powered charger for iPod.
Otherwise I am stuck for suggestions. Though he does like reading so always give a couple of books.

As well as chocolate I put other eaty type stuff in - big bags of favourite crisps, cans of fizzy juice, tubes of pringles, boxes of ritz crackers, boxes of favourite cereal, fancy hot chocolate, cartons of long life milk shake. - that fairly fills up the sack stocking.

Memory cards for phones and tablets are always useful too
Body shop used to do some less girly body sponges for the shower - sure mine had Rudolph and snowmen ones.

A poster

Mine have also had a lot of the outdoor gadgets over the years - e.g. paracord bracelets, fire starters etc

Is he into any shows/games that they do funko pops for? e.g. breaking bad, game of thrones, assassins creed as well as superhero type ones.

Marking place for inspiration

I would never think of looking there normally, but Robert Dyas had some good stocking fillers today, 3 for 2.
I got dd Mrs Browns card game, it looks amusing from the blurb on the packaging. They also had a lot of Star Wars stuff.

Also try Staples (in store best) and Paperchase.

Lots of good ideas on this website

For my eldest, DS aged 15 I have bought:

Tiger Balm (he adores the stuff and this is the third year running we've bought it for him)
Terry's Choc Orange
KT tape (as it's bloody expensive but he needs it for his knee)
An H&M giftcard
Teeth whitening strips
Fruit gum
Some TopMan boot socks

For my second, DD aged 12 nearly 13 I have bought:

Soap and Glory body wash
Terry's Choc Orange
KT tape (she is also in desperate need of some and it fills up the stocking)
A lush bath bomb
An H&M giftcard
Fruit gum
A new foundation by Loreal

For my youngest, DD aged 11 I have bought:

Soap and Glory body wash
Terry's Choc Orange
Kid's Bento box (she can use it for packed lunches and it is very sweet)
A lush bath bomb
A starbucks giftcard
Dessert flavoured gum
Two sets of nail foils

The hardest thing with kids who enjoy different things is making sure I spend the same amount on each of them!
