Please, someone help me! I just do not know what to do with my daughter. she steals from me, lies to me, stays out til when she pleases and is nasty to the entire household. I do not know what to do with her......nothing works, its like she doesn't care about anything or anyone but herself. What can I do???

If she is under 16 I would suggest that you access support from a family support worker who can help you with implementing boundaries and getting your DDs behaviour under control. You can self refer for family support in many areas by talking to someone at your local sure start children's centre. Or ring your local council and ask about how to access family support services in your area.
I'm a social worker in CAMHS by the way.

Silly answer maybe but my DD had a very similar phase (that lasted nearly two years !!).

I found things had become quite a negative spiral so I switched to a slightly more mature version of the star chart. Basically bribery but it worked! We made lots of small areas to improve and built up. Then she would get pocket money based on how her week had been with bonuss for positive school reports/rewards, cleaning house etc. I also found taking her phone (for very short periods about 30mins provided she turned her behaviour round. Gone for night if extreme behaviour).

She is still testing but no where near as bad as things were more positive than negative now.
