Do I remind the kids it's Father's Day?

Neither of the twentysomething kids have phoned their dad today. Do I text to remind them, for his sake, or let them disappoint him?

Remind them. Why wouldn't you?? It won't make any difference next year if you let them forget this one... And the only person who get hurt is your DH...

You should remind (I had to remind mine).

I would remind them then leave the ball in their court

wankerchief · 21/06/2015 20:08

I would because I would hope Dh would do the same on mother's day.

saoirse31 · 21/06/2015 20:13

Why would you have to wonder about it?

Dizzydragon · 21/06/2015 20:38

I hesitater 'cos I think they're old enough to take responsibility for it themselves!

Sent a text to one - he phoned immediately, T'other one made a Facebook post. I still think it didn't ought to be my job at their age!
