She is on her way home now I think.

She went to a friends house and they wanted to let her stay but I couldn't do it. I am so scared if she gets away with it she will do it again so I've made them send her home.

I am terrified I've done the wrong thing. What if she doesn't get home? I don't drive. They don't have a car. I told them to call a taxi but she refused. They have walked her to the bus stop and put her on but I don't know if she will get off and run again.

I told them to put her in a cab but they couldn't force her to do that.

I feel like I don't know what I'm doing.

Should I have let her stay? I don't have anyone here. I don't have any support with her.

I'm sorry for rambling.

I want to scream at her to get in the taxi because I can't take it if she gets the bus but I don't want to upset her more and make her more likely to run.

Everything is falling apart i need someone to tell me what i should do next? should i punish her for this?

Zozo, you have my dd, honestly.
That doesn't mean what is working (slowly), will work with yours, but mine needs to know I love her, she needs to know that no matter what she does I love her.
It has taken a long time, and is a work in progress, but we are getting there.

Thanks IHave

I do tell her I love her. Especially when she's pulling away.

I don't think our dynamic is based on power. Last night I did really feel the need to not let her get her own way because I don't want her to see this as an option for getting her own way.

She is sleeping still. I'm going to work from home. I'm not going to punish her as I'm sure she feels she has been by being forced home.

If anyone can recommend a good book or website that might help that wuld be great.

Hi Need,

We had the first meeting with cahms and they put her on the list fr one to one. In the meantime a CBT group came up and they asked if she would go to that. She wasn't keen but went anyway. She says she's not really talking in the group though so isn't engaging although it's only been two sessions so I hope that changes.

When they offered it to us the women who runs the group assured me that she would remain on the list for one to one as well.

I will get a call tomorrow apparently to decide the next step.
