Hi
My 13 year old daughter has a lot of acne on her back, and face too. She is becoming really upset, nothing seems to clear it.
Is anyone able to recommend any products that work that I can buy over the counter? We have an appointment for the GP but it's not for another 3 weeks (that is another thread, waiting times for appointments........) and I want to show her that I'm trying to do something to help her.
thanks so much for any help

I am also waiting for GP appointment for Dd16. Acne on her cheeks and chin. Nothing over the counter has any affect.
Ds15 has suffered too but his skin is beginning to clear up. I
Prescribe a bit of sunshine and fresh air !

Yup. Doctor. Sons been taking medication for years. Dr says way better to start before it gets bad. It's really amazing.
After two years it becomes less effective give. My sons now got a different one and a cream for troublesome spots.

Btw. Ring up and beg for faster appt. the medication can take up to 8 weeks to work. Tell her it's really worth it tho
