Can anyone recommend a good multi vitamin for teenage boys?

If he's getting a balanced diet he doesn't need any vitamin supplement, save perhaps for Vitamin D in the winter months. If you feel you have to give him extra vitamins because he's not eating properly, just get cheap generic multivitamins from the supermarket; most of them will give a large enough proportion of the RDA.

I give my teens, Vitabiotics Well Teen. www.vitabiotics.com/wellteen/

As it is very difficult to manage their diets once they are teens, at least I know they are getting vitamins. I also give him a baroca vitamin C drink at breakfast.

why doesn't he manage his own diet?

He's 14- not sure managing a well balanced diet is high on the priority list at that age!Smile

Left to his own devices my teen boy would live on chocolate and chicken take a ways. Have not met a teenage boy who will manage his diet.

Got teensense for Ds (14) today. His diet at the moment is chicken, chips, pot noodle and sweets. Oh and paninis at lunch time. Can't remeber last time I saw him eating an apple.
