Mobile phone insurance for teenager's mobile

I have bought my teenager an ok phone worth around £130 for Christmas and was wondering if there are any good companies to use to insure his phone with?

I've had a few, one with GeekSquad which was okay.

In the end though I ended up cancelling them because the excess is ridiculous compared to how much it would cost to get it repaired at a local phone shop.
