How much screen/phone time does your teenager have?

I'm concerned my 13 DD seems to be constantly on her phone/Instagram.
She does do her homework but has little interest in anything else.

About 15 hours a day!! They don't voluntarily put the phone down so if it bothers you (it bothers me!) you need to set rules.
We have no phone at the table or whilst eating and that's about it.

I would be concerned if she wasn't ( jk) she is just a normal teenager.

No def not at the table, whilst she is doing homework and not after 8.30pm. The phone gets left downstairs in the kitchen over night but all other time it seems to be glued to her. Pretty normal then.
