Not to scare you or anything 2shoes, but I can clearly remember most of my friends loosing their virginities at 14 (not that I was there). Some may have been lying but others were not. BTW I wasn't one of them.

It's funny though that now that I'm 24 when I see my 14yr old relatives etc I think (as most other people) AWWWW he has a little gf. Then I remember what it was like when I was 14 and have the sickening realisation that it may not be as innocent as I would like to think.

Not sujesting that it is the same for your son though as there are some children out there who do remain 'children'. (like I was)

good god give the poor boy a chance he hasn't even been on a date yet. he is well versed on safe sex and I can assure you I will be monitoring the situation.

However, to reassure you all of my friends had the kind of last a few days / weeks type of boyfriend girlfriend at that age.

yes willow - at least i do. my son used to girls calling for him in gangs! and they used to sit outside my house until gone 11pm staring at his window.
