Teen clothing not made in sweatshops

Where o where can I buy a warm, stylish rainproof jacket for my 14yo daughter that isn't made in a sweatshop?? All my trusted webshops like Juicy Tots, KynaBoutique, Frugi etc don't do anything beyond about 10yo. I want to help her be a thoughtful and ethical consumer but simply can't find a single brand that will actually guarantee their clothes don't come at a huge price to some other poor and powerless family on the other side of the world... I'd love to hear any suggestions or ideas... feeling desperate and getting cold!!

few things are more planet-friendly than the charity shop. You might also be able to find something made in the UK before everything was 'off-shored'.

Not all clothes made abroad are made in 'sweatshops' Hmm

Have you seen this website? Not sure what there is that would suit your DD's taste, but it might give you a good place to start

Specialsubject, good idea! I used to love trawling through charity shops looking for vintage treasures...

Gilbertus, I don't mind where it's made, so long as not in a sweatshop, and most of the high street brands are very quiet when you ask them about where their things are made.

Treehouselover, thanks, I'm heading there now!
