Anyone know a safe teenage forum for son to chat on?

Hi, Does anyone know of a safe forum for me to tell my ds who is 16 to use to talk about life and stuff? He is having low mood swings and not seeing any of his friends or going to school. He has camhs appointment in April but keeps telling me he does not want to go. I was wondering if chatting online to other teenages may be helpful to him who are in the same position. Any help please? thanks :)

Hi Mindfulmum, Thank you for your help. We are having a rough time at the moment with trying to help him get through this. I have asked him to talk to my sister but doesn't want to. I have got cbt help book from the library to go through with him to show him the sort of things camhs can do. He doesn't seem happy talking to me or strangers. Feel so helpless. I asked him to invite his friends from school down to the house...again no. I will look at young minds. Can you put the link on for your daughters site if that is ok with you? thank you for replying :)
