He has his first serious girlfriend,i amm too frank about these things,when do or what do i do to suggest something to him

Depends on you and his personality. Personally I would just buy him a box of condoms and hand them to him. Maybe with some info leaflets about contraception!

Make sure you get some info/leaflets that cover STds too, not just contraception. Young people tend to think about avoiding pregnancy but not all the horrible diseases and infections that can be passed around.
