Aww :(
So good that she told you though. She probably will recover soon. By the end of a fortnight she'll wonder what she ever saw in him. :)
Not easy for you.

She was a bit cherrier this morning I hope she gets over it soon as you said within a fortnight should do it, she didnt actually have to say she liked the boy her face said it all, Sad

This boy obviously doesn't have good taste in girls!

Oh bless her. My dd1 is 14 and has had a bf for about 5mths, but recently she has been in tears over him 3 times.

I had a friendly word with him Wink

GoldandOrangeAnnunziata · 04/09/2012 13:30

Bless her, he won't be worth all that!

Mrsjay · 04/09/2012 13:34

OH did you nutcracker I don't think he is worth it but ,,,, 14 was a weird age I found with dd1 going through it again with dd2 is exhausting but it doesn't last long

Yeh, i didn't say anything horrible. Just made him aware that it was happening far too often, and that I wasn't happy that he was the cause of it.
He apologised, I thanked him for that, and he and dd are now in love once again.

Kids eh Wink

Mrsjay · 04/09/2012 17:08

Aww. My 12 year old had a boyfriend for two weeks at the beginning of the holidays - then he dumped her by text. I don't think she is looking forward to seeing him at school tomorrow - he is in her class. You wish you could take the hurt for them and there is nothing you can do. (Although DD1 did send him a text back on behalf of her little sis, saying frankly how rude and immature it was to dump someone that way.)
