at what age do they stop growing?

just wondering (on average) at what age girls/ boys reach full height and when their feet stop growing?

DS1 was a size 11 shoes in year 6 and he was about 5ft 4 then
He is now going into year 11 and is the same shoe size but is 6ft 1. He is just 15.
