a good book for tweeen /teen dd

As above -any recomendetion please.I think that i saw a recommeded book - something about how to care for self for girls?..... cant find the reference and would be very grateful if someone could guide ............

yes self care to do with the body in general - changes- self esteem ,puberty etc...........
