short breaks with teenagers

I'm looking for any suggestions from any one who has any experience of adventure breaks with their teenagers (mine are 13 and 16) preferably abroad.

The Adventure Company's Family Adventures are excellent, as are Explore's family holidays. They can be physical type adventures (kayaking etc) or cultural (travelling to amazing places). I thoroughly recommend them Family Adventures have specific Teen holidays and Teen departures, I'm not sure whether Explore do. My daughter has loved the general family ones since she was 8. She's now 14, and we have met people up to 16.
