Facebook been disabled and I can't access the help center

My Facebook account is showing its been disabled I've tried to appeal it as it shows on the message through the "help center" link but everytime I click on that it just keeps telling me connection lost and doesn't let me do anything so I can't appeal it .
I have wrote an email to an email address I found but very much doubt will get a response, I have no idea why it's been disabled there was no email sent me about it and I'm really gutted 17 years of memories,bthe various friends and family I had on there and many groups I was part on all just gone I've been trying for the last 3 days now to appeal this but the connection lost message hasn't changed
Help!!!!! I highly doubt I'll get it back to be honest but what can I do

This happened to me. Back during Covid times I mentioned in a comment how irritating Qanon was. Poof my account was gone. An algorithm had been set up to permanently ban anyone who mentioned Qanon.

It has caused me so many problems - some of my friends think I unfriended them on purpose. I had to start over with a new account. Absolute PITA.

So, you definitely have my sympathy.

How did you find out it was about qanon?
The only thing I can think of is currently we're away and I joined a group for mums of the town were in (which I am a mum of 2) asking for recommendations of things to do in the area I don't live here but am visiting I can't see the issue at all with that . I wish I knew what the reason was but nothing has been communicated with me

Was you able to appeal it I can't even get past that stage ?
