I got an email from instagram saying there was an attempted log in (it didn’t display location but I’m working on downloading information).
This is triggering me from something which happened ten years ago - a very close family member hacked into my fb account. I got a email from fb with their very specific remote town attached - nobody else I know lives there. They initially lied but a few years later admitted it, and thought I knew / forgot they had lied. We had a big fight as I was so upset as had numerous personal private messages on there too.
im wondering if it may be them doing this again. We currently have a toxic / grey rock / distant relationship but the person in question has always seemed very competitive with me. Just looking for thoughts really. I’ve never gotten over the fb hacking.
